The Slip - Support
Heads, ears and helmets vary tremendously, and these variations can influence your ability to fit The Slip properly.

For attachment and use instructions, please download this product Brochure pdf.

If even through following these instructions the result is not what you expected, please read through the Q&A document linked here.  If this doesn’t’ assist you in solving the problem, then email us at support@slipstreamz.com. Please describe the problem, and if possible, attach a profile picture with them attached to your helmet, and the helmet fitted on your head.

Generally speaking, many cyclists have not familiarized themselves sufficiently with the adjustment mechanism of their helmet straps, nor are they aware of how the straps should be adjusted to maximize safety and fit (which is also coincidentally the best position for The Slip). We highly suggest that you find the helmet’s User Manual, or download it from the manufacturer’s website.
